Excellent product with good Support
Before I bought the item I had to call to request the thread diameter of the drain connection. Oddly that particular
dimension was not to be found on the spec sheet posted for the product on the web site. It turned out that the
thread size nicely matched my 1922 bathtub, so I made the order. On closer examination of the diagrams and comparison
with the video detailing the installation, I noticed a discrepancy or two (eg the video says to mount the drain T with the long leg down, while the diagrams show it mounting upward, which makes sense, since it allows a good range of
adjustability on the sliding joint for the overflow).
If I was just rating the product itself, I would have given a 5 star because
the build quality is truly very good. But because of the documentation glitches I had to give a 4. Would definitely
shop here again. Being from Canada, I appreciated the reasonable and up-front charges for customs clearance and
shipping. Nice set-up!

Nice, but missing a part!
Quality is nice.
Box did not contain the fiber washer for underneath the tub. This is necessary to prevent the rubber washing from twisting with the friction. I was able to make it work without the fiber washer, but it almost broke the rubber washer in the process. This is not a part that can be found in the hardware store...
Installation is fairly straightforward (I did it myself and am not a plumber).
So far I have not had a problem with the lift and turn mechanism closing automatically. Nothing leaks, and it looks great on my tub.
