Easy installation of new part onto old fittings
The Randolph Morris Handshower Kit was installed by me - a Do-It-Yourselfer - in less than 4 minutes and worked flawlessly. The fittings supplied with the kit were perfectly suited to my antique (circa 1930) brass bathtub fittings. I was concerned that there might be leaks at the joins between my old pipe and the new Handshower but everything fit exactly. I wish the Kit had been less expensive - but everyone feels that way about a purchase these days. In fact, because the Kit installed so well and my wife is so happy, the price was well worth it!

Clear Diagrams and close-ups are important!
Well, it's a beautiful piece of equipment. But there were not enough close-up pictures on the website in 2010 for me to see how it should fit onto the tub. Don't know if it's better now? So I bought it, and when I got it there were not clear enough diagrams to see how it was actually supposed to attach to the tub fixtures or a clear explanation!. It was a gift for my brother. He couldn't get it hooked up, my cousin couldn't get it hooked up and the plumber couldn't get it hooked up, so I spent all that money for nothing, I'm sorry to say!
I was very disappointed!

VT & Bath Rules.......................
Heavy and beautiful, I fell in love with the right outta the box, couldn't wait till morning so I went to my home I amd curenting restoring and did the fixtures st 3:30 am. Coffee and pipe wrenches........................This stff is high quality and works well wityh an old system. Thanks

Love it!
Bought this as an addition to our Randolph Morris tub surround and shower head. Easily installed in 20 minutes. Love it. Looks classy and works great.
