Perfect Forget the big box stores....ordering, reviewing and the item details has all the information you need. The product looks better in person then the picture shows...Excellent costmer service as well. August 27, 2012
Saving the claw foot tub This product comes as a set. My plumber praised the faucet, saying it was very good quality. The entire apparatus for the ceiling connection was a little tricky to figure out but not impossible. We did it as a team, the plumber the carpenter and the home owner. We attached the ceiling brackets by adding supports in the attic above and drilled through to those. The finished look was beautiful. One week later the enclosure fell down. The problem lies in the way the brackets attach to the support poles. A tiny screw is meant to put enough pressure on the pole to hold it , which it isn't going to do. I applied plumbers tape to the end of the pole then super glue. Bad design at this crucial junction. We love the look when it holds. Overall I love dealing with this company, great customer service. poor workmanship/ materials would be fine but the set screws on the surround striped out right a way, and the method of attachment to the riser is not ideal because it uses the same low quality material as the surround.  However you get what you pay for and it was a good price. June 2, 2012
Shower for claw foot tub In the guest bath of our recent home purchase, there was a claw foot tub. I found Vintage Tub and Bath online and they provided the best option for adding a shower. I had no problems with delivery or quality of the item and am still pleased almost 2 years later. May 15, 2012
Clawfoot Tub Shower Enclosure... I LOVE this shower enclosure kit!!! All of the parts are made of good sturdy material, and it all went together well. The only complaint I would give this is that the instructions were not very detailed. They were all but pointless to even have. But the kit itself is pretty self-explanatory, so I didn't have to be a genius to figure out this assembly. Overall, a great product, with no real problems. April 12, 2012
Claw foot shower The unit is quality, downloading instructions seemed a little lame but totally doable.   March 18, 2012
RM034C Clawfoot Tub Shower Kit The product style is exactly what we were looking for. When the product was received the box was crushed, we were missing 1 shank and all of the assembly hardware. I contacted customer service and replacement parts were sent quickly. I had to order an additional 10" wall support as the shower riser was too long, appeared bent and placed a lot of stress on the riser coupling due to the slight angle of the tub where the faucet mounts. Expect to monkey around with the installation for a while. August 24, 2011
very poor shower enclosure The faucet fittings are fine. The rectangular bar that holds the shower curtain is unusable as shipped. It is very flimsy and the screws do not hold it rigid -- it moves all over the place. Before using it, I will have to add an additional support to the ceiling and replace the inadequate screws holding it together with bolts and nuts. I haven't done this yet, but am hoping it will do the trick. Hard to believe this could be sold this way. I had a professional plumber put this together and this is the best he could do. July 5, 2011
