Very good value for the money
It's installation was easy. The product looks great. If you're a novice at this it might take awhile because the instructions are of little value. They're basically useless. The only difficulty I had was that the stems to attach the water supply lines to the faucet are 1/2 inch. Most are smaller and I had to search for a connector to make it work.

just what I was looking for
Love the quality of the product. Heavier than I expected and worked right. It is unusual for me to order an expensive items which I have not ever handled but this has changed my mind

poor quality control
I recently purchased this product. When I recieved shipment the package was damaged but not the items. There was approx. half of the items listed missing. Four phone calls later and 40 days later I still have not recieved the full shipment of parts. I am sure the product is of good quality but I do not know if I will ever get the chance to find out. The sellers of this product have a very poor quality control system. I understand now why they want you to inspwect all packages for missing parts since they obviuosly are not.

The product was great and works well. I no longer have a faucet that dripps! Yippee. Also the shower is wonderful. I'm more of a shower person than a bath person. allthough I love my clawfoot tub and will never get rid of it. I've even already told a friend about your company. It was great working with you. Your Customer Service person that helped me answered all my questions (and I had many) with a smile. I'll definately be visiting your site again.
