cozy towels
This product is simply okay when it comes to warming the towels. Tends to warm only around the top bar. Have used others abroad that were better at warming the whole towel. Might want to consider some of the ones attached to the wall instead of the freestanding if you have a small bathroom. The quality of the product in terms of construction, material, etc. is very good.

Amba Towel Warmer
Purchased this as a gift for my husband to warm his towels prior to a shower. We have tried many different ways to place the towel on the rack to achieve a warm towel. The entire towel does not get warm...not even close to warm. We now use it as a towel rack...not a warmer. If I could return this product I would!!

Great product
We were looking to just have a place to hang towels since our bathroom has no ventilation. When we decided upon getting a warmer, this was the best one to fit the space we wanted to put it. It is wonderful!! It heats up in minutes and dries the towels in no time! We havent had it long enough to enjoy the benefits of the warmth in the winter but we cant wait! The only thing I would change would be less bars and more space in between.... Thank you for a wonderful product.

Christmas gift
It's always challenging to buy gifts for grown children but this was a wonderful gift. My daughter-i n-law loves it and is so thankful for a warm towel. I researched the various makes and Amba was consistently rated excellent.

towel warmer
Unlike others I have seen in the past, this product is far more functional than aesthetically pleasing. But the functionality is somewhat questionable. The on/off switch is covered by a rather large rubber button to protect it, I assume, from water getting into the switch. This was purchased for my father who is 91. He couldn't view the depth of the switch and was not getting it turned off. I am not certain how long the warmer has been on, but I'm sure it isn't meant to run 24/7 for an undetermined length of time. I believe something should be done to change the button in case others have similar difficulties.

Good product
This does exactly what I expected it to do. It dries our towels so we don't have those musty smelling towels, and our towels are warm when we get out of the shower. I gave it 4 stars not because it is not a great product for the price, but because it is a little less expensive than the higher end ones and you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to buy this again or recommend it to friends. It's a good value for the price.
