great tub, looks great after one year of use-------would buy another one again> Iam a perfectionist with things like this and i love this tub.

Yikes!
This transaction was a disaster, start to finish. First, we could not get any information from Vintage Tub as to when our tub would arrive (other parts and accessories had arrived as promised, days before). The very next day the carrier called to tell us he was at the house (my wife and I were both at work). So much for that promised call 2-3 days before to confirm delivery. The driver agreed to leave the tub, but we didn't have the opportunity to inspect. We needed to have the tub installed right away because we were leaving town, had family coming to house sit and couldn't have them using our rusty old tub. While our plumber accommodated us, we discovered that the special bolts for the feet were NOT included (unfortunately, by that time, our old tub was already en route to the salvage yard). I called Vintage Tub and spoke with multiple customer service representatives to see if we could get the parts locally (the initial rep assured me he would call back in ten minutes, but never did). We were repeatedly put on hold, while our plumber was there waiting and on the clock. Long story short, we could not get the parts locally and had to wait for them to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. We are out of pocket $$$ for plumber's time (almost as much as the tub and accessories) and we are still waiting for a return call from the customer service supervisor that we were assured we would receive. As for the tub, the quality is fair. Some rough edges and touch up needed. Overall, we would not recommend this product or this company.

CLaw Tub
I chose this tub for a rehab project in downtown Columbia, SC and it certainly enhances the added bath we installed. It shows a modern touch while preserving the age of the neighborhood. Would definitely purchase another one for future projects.
