    thermocouple The unit is very nice but I am frustrated with how long I have to hold down the lighter to get the thermocouple to activate the gas flow. I am hoping that this will improve as it is broken in. It is taking as much as two minutes to get the burner to stay on. I can't find anything on the internet under Bertazzoni that addresses this annoying feature. February 8, 2010
