36X36 Neo Angle shower
The looks sold me on the shower. The problem is that I never knew it weighed 500 lbs, that you needed two people (at least) to install, and that if you don't install exactly, then you can't start over again or shift parts. My problem is that the door does not seal properly and I have water all over the bathroom floor after each shower. I could readjust the doors to some degree but the door weighs over 100lbs. and my being 68 years old I can't afford to try and do this job myself and if I bring in another installer I could still end up with exactly the same problem plus a couple of hundred dollars less. Otherwise, it looks beautiful and everything else works great. Instellation is simply the big problem with this shower.

shower enclosure
Shower was time consuming much more than what instructions shows. The color variation was very different from what was advertised and on display at the Loews Store . Customer service from American Bath Factory was non existent . As a special order item, be very careful of the term (color may vary slightly).

Love my shower
Great shower, easy to put together and the look of stone gives the shower that very expensive look, a bit pricy right now but you should check every week to see for a sale. I caught my shower on sale on 10/2010 for $1.700.00 and made a beatiful bathroom for under $5.000.00. The staff was very helpful with any details that you have problems with. Also I purchased all the fixtures from American Bath and saved a ton of money (good quality fixtures) and I am very pleased with the shower and loving it every morning I step in, very easy to keep it clean, love the glass doors, thick and secure and very easy to clean. One very important sugestion read the instructions and ask question before you start your assambly of the shower, look at the video, align all your parts and know what each part is for before starting. Customer service were very helpful answering all questions. my rating is 10

Do not buy this product!!
Very disappointed in the poor quality of the product and how difficult it was to put together. We've only been using it for one month and it's already discolored under the shampoo shelf from the Dove soap that we bathe with. Also, the grout in the basin of the shower stall is about 30% gone; it's chipped out and washed away from the force of the rain shower head.
We also ordered the body sprays and the handheld sprayer and they never turn off!! The options are low stream or full force which means you can never get in there to clean the stall with the handheld sprayer with clothes on or you'll be soaked. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy this product.

Shower Kit
I enlarged my downstairs powder room to a three quarter bath with the American Bath Factory Custom Shower Kit. It came out so well!. The shower kit is a very attractive finish resembling travertine stone. The installation was easy, had excellent instructions and pictures. I think the price was very fair and all accessories are available. I'd reommend this kit to anyone wishing to add a shower or remodel an existing shower. I think it is a very superior look to the ususal acrylic showers. I'm sorry I do not have any pictures to share. I put the house up for sale recently and sold it pretty quickly.

Neo-angle Shower Kit ;Frameless Glass Enclosure
We ordered the kit because it came complete with base, walls, beautiful frameless glass enclosure, faucet and shower head. The photo on the internet was quite accurate and once we had completed the installation we were pleased with how attractive the shower is. For such a small interior there is actually enough room from side to side. The walls and glass are easy to keep clean, an added bonus. When we had questions, the company's staff was very helpful in a few phone calls. The instructions were complete and useful.
We suggest that the shipping box include a note advising users to remove the packing paper from the walls as soon as possible. We had to store the unit outside for a few days, and the box got damp. Because the walls were sandwiched with paper padding, some of it adhered to the walls, and left slight marks when we removed it. Most of those were mitigated with a wet sponge, and later with use of sealant. Also we would wish that there were a way to firmly attach the metal top frame to the wall. Because our room walls are not perfectly vertical, we had to brace the glass panels until the caulk held the glass butted against the walls.
