    All items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 7 years from date of purchase when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009. Warranty is offered exclusively by Vintage Tub & Bath.

    Very Nice, With a Few Issues For me $350 is a whole bunch of money, especially to spend on a faucet, but I like nice things and wanted something special in my bathroom. The bottom line is this is very nice quality and heavy duty. My gripes: 1) One of the levers is significantly crooked. Messing with the set screw doesn't help. The other one is also a bit off, but tolerable. I've been meaning to call customer service and ask for a replacement at it looks ridiculous. (see attached photo, which also shows the "Retrospect" sink by American Standard.") 2) The pop-up hardware is utterly cheezeball, but this seems to be par for the course. I'd have to say for the money I spent on this I expect the handles to be straight (level with the top of the sink), and I might hesitate to spend it again. But I like the faucet. Thanks. May 29, 2012
