  • Installation Notes:Pre-installation instructions: Flush Supply lines before installing to remove any debris in the lines.
    Unit must be plumbed with the hot supply on the left side of the unit.
    Troubleshooting for installed unit: Occasionallly turn the Thermostatic Temperatue Control Handle to avoid mineral build up. If you experience reduced water flow or inaccurate mixing, then you can remove the cartridge for cleaning.

    All items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 7 years from date of purchase when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009. Warranty is offered exclusively by Vintage Tub & Bath.

    Thermostat issues I like the products but have an issue with the internal thermostat on the shower faucet. This part is defective and does not regulate the tempature properly. It's either cold - medium - or hot. I have been waiting over two months for Vinyage Tub to correct the part issue. They keep saying next week they should have a answer but next week becomes a month later and then another month later. I think if a customer places over $4,000 dollar order they should get an answer quickly! The Vintage Tub customer care needs major help! July 9, 2009
