    All items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 7 years from date of purchase when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009. Warranty is offered exclusively by Vintage Tub & Bath.

    Great faucet, not so great finish I ordered this faucet in the oil rubbed bronze finish, and I am less than impressed. The faucet itself is very well built and I have had no leaks or issues other than the finish. It is basically painted on and within a year the finish began to peel on the handles. I was very suprised to find out that there is NO WARRANTY ON THE OIL RUBBED BRONZE FINISH. i think that the other finishes (which DO have a warranty) would probably be fine, but that is not what I have. For a faucet thatis this expensive I am very dissapointed.. May 17, 2012
    remodeling This is a beautiful faucet! Very heavy, shiny...We are remodeling and have not yet installed it. We are having a plumber do the installation. October 8, 2009
