This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009. Warranty is offered EXCLUSIVELY by Vintage Tub & Bath.

    Good inexpensive faucet This was a good faucet. We had to find a quick replacement for the Randolph Morris faucet we purchased. The one we bought would not pass our local code. Everything is good about the faucet, except, the nozzle can rotate. I have had to clean a few messes from the kids. They bump the nozzle and it spins around so that it pours out on the floor.
