    High Quality Bathtub This tub is very sturdy and beautiful. I was afraid it would be too small, initially, but I could only afford that big of a tub in the space we had. It is more than adequate. It is a lovely soaking tub. Since our shower has not been finished due to the remodeling process, having the tub with the victorian attached shower head saved the day. The hardest issue we had involved the installation, the tub depth is 25" and our door opening is only 28 ", and the tub was HEAVY, approx 500 lbs. It took time to angle it right with 4 strong men, but it worked, and I couldn't be happier. This bathtub is very high-quality and beautiful. The delivery company was great, we used the white glove delivery for an extra $200 and it was worth every cent. I am more than satisfied with the entire purchasing process. Love the tub!     Feel like a Queen!!! Four years ago I remodeled my bathroom and went with a slipper tub. Wasn't completely happy with the quality....I didn't order it from Vintage Tub... the finish where you sit wasn't slick like the rest of the tub ....I have now moved to a new address and bought the Strom 60 inch Peninsula Dual Pedestal bath tub....I am so pleased with the quality....It's much better to order the thicker heavier cast iron tub.... there is a difference!!! . You get what you pay for....This tub truly has a wonderful feel !!! December 15, 2008
