Poor quality
The supply lines were installed by a licensed plummer, he didn't like the looks of them but installed them anyway. First one leaked into my kitchen below, then awhile later the other leaked..a lot. Had to remove a large portion of kitchen ceiling drywall and replace.

great product
Great product, high-quality, looks very nice. Use a skilled plumber who is accustomed to this kind of work to install, otherwise you will probably not get the beauty of the product. My first plumber wanted to bend them and take them into the wall in a way that would have made them look like unsightly exposed plumbing. I switched to a plumber who did a nice job of having them go gracefully down into the floor.
