This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009.     Deck Mount English Telephone Tub faucet Above faucet looks great, works great, but iit does give a drip or two on the chrome below the hand held unit that can leave a wwater calcium mark if not wiped off. Otherwise it owuld get a perfect 5 star rating. October 14, 2009
    Clawfoot Tub Faucet - The hardware I needed for a vintage tub faucet was unusual and could not be located anywhere else I searched. When I ordered the faucet the person taking my order could not answer some technecal questions but within minutes, she had me connected to the manufacturer who answered all my questions.
