Faucet was easy to install. The instructions provided were clear and accurate.. The finish on the product is excellent.
A very fine product from a Graet company. I have used their products before and have never been disapointed. The service from Vintage Tub and Bath was also excellent in ease of purchasing. Shipping was fast without any hassels. Again Thanks for outstanding service.

Excellent product. Faucets very easy to install.
I installed the 12-inch bridge faucets -- in super-coated brass -- in a shaving sink in my hundred-year old apartment. It's a beautiful product that appears to be very well made, and installing the faucets is a snap for a do-it-yourselfer. Note, however, that I didn't try to install the included drain fixture, which was not the same diameter as the drain in my sink and which in any case would probably require a plumber -- or at least someone with more plumbing experience than I have -- to install. Fair price and quick shipping also.

Great looking set of taps. Look great in the original pedestal sink of my 90 year old house. Also feel very solid. I couldn't be happier. Worth the money.

Beware sink's drain hole configuration.
The 12-inch centered faucet fit and installed with ease (5 stars). But the lip of the sink drain fixture is 1 mm about the porcelain of our old Victorian sink, so the sink will not empty completely, leaving a rim of water in the base of the sink (one star) which one cannot sponge out because of the cap closure design. Now the drain fixture needs to be replaced with a thin rimed drain fixture.

Retro-fitting
It's been a fews weeks since I installed the bridge faucet by Strom Plumbing and I am extremely satisfied all the way around. Nice craftmanship and quality! I found the pricing to be more than competive as well ease of installation. The delivery was as discussed with no product damage of any kind.
I own a 1920 Brick Georgian in the nationally recognized Historic Berkeley Square in Trenton NJ. Many of the fixtures and features although great for that period require updating. I have the original pedistal sink with a 12" spread Hot faucet and a cold faucet, making it difficult to have lukewarm or warm water use at the same time. (Modern Convienence).
I searched thru several plumbing supply stores as well as boutique bath supply stores, none match the turn around time and service I recently recieved. Many of these stores did not have the faucet, except Vintage. What a find!!!!
I will purchase other products!

Strom 12" Bridge Style Bathroom Sink Faucet
The pride that the company takes in its products was evident from the meticulous way in which it was packaged. There could have been no chance of any damage occuring during transit. I purchased this 12" bridge faucet to replace individual Hot and Cold faucets on our 1939-vintage bathroom sink. The installation was simplicity in itself. All that was required was to unbolt the old faucets and bolt in the new one! The entire installation took less than an hour and required nothing more than an adjustable wrench. Although the faucet also included a new drain pipe, I chose not to use it. It is a nice touch that would ensure that anyone using this product for a new installation would have matching hardware throughout.
