    All items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 7 years from date of purchase when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009.     Cowgirl The jewelry of our new bathroom! It is beautiful standing behind our free standing tub in front of the garden window. It was installed just yesterday so I haven't used it yet but how can something that stunning not work perfectly? August 29, 2008
    Fit for a princess These Strom shower sets are so elegant! If you've got a clawfoot tub, I think the telephone-handle really completes the look. The handle has a nice, easy-to-grip white handle and sits comfortably in the cradle. The faucet is well constructed and every detail seems to be thought of, down to the matching supply lines. This freestanding version is nice if you're not ready to drill holes in your beautiful tub! We put a set together just to test it, and it was very simple to figure out - and all of the pieces fit nice and snugly. February 16, 2006
