Looks nice but didn't work out for us...
Unfortunately, the rigid, straight pipes didn't fit well under our sink and ended up blowing and flooding our entire bathroom/hallway/guest bedroom... About 3 hours before our house-full of out of town guests arrived. We ended up replacing them with more flexible ones from a big box chain store.

Needed?
Trim kit was fine, but not necessary. Plumber used our existing pieces. If you are replacing a sink exactly where existing one was, probaly don't need this item. It was a breeze to return though, for full credit.

Pretty, Fair
I wish I had read reviews more carefully. The nickel supply line split yesterday after being installed by a professional 5 months ago! I am just grateful I was home when it split. I shut off water, threw down towels to pickup water on the wood floors in a second story home. I recommend the straight supply line that bend slightly as opposed to the accordion style like this one. The polished nickel kit is pretty, but function, fair.

Both Supply Lines Split!
The key word here is "partially." Both supply lines split on the "partially" flexible portion of the supply lines when my plumber tried to install them. He had to go out and buy fully flexible chrome ones. They do not look real good compared to the polished nickel ones that came with this sink kit. The polished nickel hardware IS gorgeous but what good is it if it is not functional? Still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer on this one. It's been 2 weeks already and no word. I am only partially satisfied with this purchase.

Plumbing trim kit...great!
This trim kit was easy to install and matches the Strom fixture we bought perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

Supply lines broke
Both the supply lines broke before I even got them connected. I ended up using flexible supply lines from Home Depot. Not as pretty, but more reliable.

Okay...
The product looks good. But my plumber claims that the wrong nuts were sent with the product (my lay eyes could even see that they were not right). He called the manufacturer to complain and they were not very receptive. He was able to come up with a solution and now everything works fine.
