    All items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 7 years from date of purchase when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009. Warranty is offered exclusively by Vintage Tub & Bath.

    Chrome Cross Faucet Sets by Sign of the Crab The shower and sink faucet sets are really beautiful and blend very well with similar ones from 1927 that are in our house from that period. We ordered towel bars etc. too. The hardware is great and unique. It was not easy to find what we wanted and Vintage Tub had it. That said... Once you have ordered, do not expect them to arrive quickly at all. If it says 5-10 days, figure 11. Vintage customer service is a very annoying maze. We must have spoken to 9 or 10 very polite people who produced no help at all. The customer service dept cannot talk directly to the warehouse. We ordered a lot of different pieces from this set and needed just the "rough in" information so we could prepare the plumbing so the tile guy could start the shower. But nothing helped. We could not expedite that one item's earlier arrival. We had workmen sitting around with nothing to do and had to give them days off. It's all OK now. June 18, 2009
