    All items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 7 years from date of purchase when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009. Warranty is offered exclusively by Vintage Tub & Bath.

    Recommend changing the hose The unit is very easy to install and looks great. Very easy to use once it is in place. Our only complaint is the flow restrictor on the hose provided insufficient water pressure for using the shower, so we replaced the hose with a standard one from the local hardware store.
