This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009.     Always good craftsmanship I'm a huge fan of Strom plumbing so when we enclosed our upstairs vintage tub with a shower ring, we chose a Strom kit and ordered several brackets before we found the right combinations.  May 20, 2012
    Brace yourself I purchased a 12" vertical shower brace to replace one that was well ruested. The product that Ii received was well chromed brass, which will never rust, and it was a snap to install. A beautiful piece of workm,anship. I must say that I went on the internet to find this product which was not available locally, And Vintage Tub proved to be the correct choice. December 6, 2009

    Shower Riser Brace My old house needed an upright shower brace about 2" longer than what was available, but my plumber adjusted the tub to fit the brace. It is not exactly identical as what was pictured, but it worked out fine, and probably was easier to install than what was pictured. October 14, 2009
