Fabulous! Exactly what I wanted to put by my front door. Sturdy and even cofortable. Color exactly as shown. In fact, I have never been disappointed by any Vintage purchase I have made.

compliments my beautiful garden
I would have given 5 stars if it was not for the mixed woods used to construct the bench. It is an exact copy of a Lutyens design and cannot beat the price paid. It has been two years and weathered fairly well. Just painted it with teak oil finish and it looks brand new, I am sure it will look good for many more years. I would recommend to new customers to seal the bench upon arrival or the first summer and the mixed woods will weather uniformly.

Nice company to deal with! The bench is beautiful and easy to put together. The only complaint would be (that is why I did not give it a 5 star) that a couple of the wood slats had a couple of small chips--I had to use a wood colored stain pen to repair. But, it is a wonderful bench --great look and comfortable!

A gift
The style and ease of assembly are good, I was however slightly dissapointed with the thickness of wood used.
This bench was purchased to replace a similar bench that I purchased from a retail store over ten years ago. The bench was out doors, never covered, never treated beyond initial treatment and much heaver than current purchase.
Let's hope this does as well.
I will reserve judgement for now.

Eucalyptus Lutyens bench
I am very pleased with the quality of this bench. It took me about 1 hour to put it together. The oil finish gives it a nice light reddish brown and keeps the natural color of the wood.
I highly recommend this bench to anyone. It's good value for its price.
