my biggest problem was getting one that did not get damaged in shipping which happened two times. the manufacturer does not pack these well at all. the third one finally was okay. easy to install and looks good. only thing is is that it only delivers a small amount of soap per pump. better looking than having a bottle of soap on the counter at least.

belle foret soap dispenser
received item all scratched up. filled with soap and it would not pump soap out. big hassle to return. box was stained. seemed like item was used then returned. stain on box seemed like something (water or soap) leaked out of dispenser.

Not perfect
This soap pump was reasonably priced and looks nice but doesn't work very well ie. the soap doesn't come up smoothly. I was very happy with service from Vintage Tub and Bath though. Somehow the inside tube was broken during the first month of use and Vintage Tub and Bath sent us a new one for free.

Soap "Dispenser"
The good: the soap dispenser matches our fawcet in design and color.
The bad: it doesn't really pump soap. The dispenser part of the pump just sort of sits loosely on top and when you push it, not much happens. A little spot of soap, less on the next and subsequent pumps. Pretty lame.
