Great warmer, but not perfect.
We really like this unit. It warms the towels, and even raises the bathroom temperature a few degrees. Since it is dry heated, I was able to mount it upside down, which was useful because I had a preexisting 4' high outlet on the left side of the mounting location. We keep it on 24-7 in the fall and winter. We sometimes even hang bathrobes on the sides.
The only problem is that the towels only get really warm on the middle inside half that makes contact with the bars. It's enough, but there are often a few cool spots on the outside and ends of each of the two towels we keep on the rack.
Overall, we always have 2 warm and dry towels ready to go. I would recommend this item to anyone not looking to spend many hundreds more on a liquid heated model.

Myson "Diamond" Towel Warmer
We love our towel warmer! It has been on almost continuously since I installed it over a year ago. Recommend you find at least one stud for a secure installation. Doubles as a dryer for delicate laundry items. Cautionary note: the bars are very warm to the touch and will leave a mark on sensitive skin - like if you get out of the shower and bend over to dry your toes too close to the towel warmer - HA!. I've seen more expensive regular towel bars, very economical. Thought this was a bit of a luxury item, but now don't know how we survived without one. Excellent value
Towell warmer is exactly what we had hoped for. Works well and fits the space which was limited. Some marks on the finish but on the whole we are very satisfied.

Hot towels coming up!
I LOVE my heated towel rack. I would highly recommend this item to others. I chose the plug in version instead of a wired version b/c i wanted more control over when it was on or not. I did not want it tied to my heated floor system we only use in winter. I like warm towels all year! We added a heavy duty timer and wham...towels start to warm at 5am and are perfect when we wake at 6. Enjoy!

Myson Towel Warmer
This is an excellent product for a keen price.
The installation instructions were clear.
The anchors provided were not very sturdy, so I used an alternative.
The product functions as expected.
It does get hot for little fingers, but then, .... it is a towel warmer!
Delivery was as expected, all in a all a straightforward purchase.
I would recommend the product and the vendor

heated towel bar- should be standard equipment!!!
Not just for towels but laundry, wrinkles, blankets, wet bathing suits and more. AWSOME!

towel warmer
We received product in three days in perfect condition. Installed it in 30 minutes and had warm towels for our showers that day! We love it and wonder why we didn't order one sooner. On cold mornings you can feel the warmth radiating from the towels just by walking by. We usually leave it on at all times because we shower at different times each day. Sometimes we do switch it off on a warm night and appreciate the lighted switch so you can tell if you turned it on or off.
