Outstanding quality and service
I have never had a clawfoot tub so I was lost as to what I needed. I called Vintage Tub and they were super helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. The emailed me a price quote within 30 minutes of my call and when I called a few weeks later to place my order, they honored the quote - no funny business here! My tub arrived when estimated and in perfect condition. I shopped around and they had the absolute best price too. I highly recommend Vintage Tub if you need a new tub!

Rust on legs
We took delivery of the tub a little more than a week ago. When we removed it from the crate we noticed rust on all four of the legs. I contacted customer support and Alana asked me to take pixs and email them to customer service. I did and to date have not heard a word from them on replacement legs.
If I had known this tub was from China I would have ordered differantly.
