    sale means refurbished Got it because it was on sale. There weren't any mentions about refurbished item or so. Received it in 10 days which is good for Canada. Packaging was obviously unprofessionally done means it has been shipped before. Returned? Refurbished? It would be nice to have this information beforehand.
