Warmrails Regent Wallmounted Towel Warmer
Unfortunately I sent product back. When I attempted to peel stickers off, that were on the front of the bars, it peeled the coating off. I didn't realize I hadn't ordered steel. Which explains the cheap price.

What a treat
On a recent visit to Europe, we discovered this wonderful feature in an apartment that we rented - heated towel warmers! I did not know that these things even existed. As we were in the midst of a major bathroom renovation, we thought that it would be a great idea to get one. It came soft-wired, but was very easily converted to be hard-wired (I did this myself). What a treat! We installed it together with a programmable timer set to start heating up the towels half an hour before we use them and it turns off four hours after so that the towels are nicely dried.
If you don't have one of these in your bathroom, get one! It is a must have! We would never do without one again.

just like in Europe
It is so nice to get out of the shower and grab a warm towel. Such a luxury has been standard on our trips to Europe; not only in the hotels but also in people's private bathrooms. Towels try faster, eliminating any order from possible mildew.
Since the kitchen and bath showrooms in the Buffalo area don't feature this item, I had to go "on-line" to find it. Then there was this awesome selection at your website. Thank you so much. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Very nice looking towel warmer. Good value for the money. Takes a little practice to get two towels on it, but it accommodates 2 bath towels. Only criticism is that it could be a little warmer.

It's just what we were looking for
We were looking for a towel warmer that hung on the wall (vs. sitting on the floor) and was wide enough to accommodate our bigger bath towels. Our previous towel warmer lasted for about 15 years and if this one lasts as long we'll be just as happy.

keeps towels cozy
We had a free-standing towel warmer already in one bathroom, and loved it. Added the wall mount to the other bathroom, as it is pretty small with limited floor space. Would have to say I prefer the free standing type. The wall mount we installed just plugs in, so the cord draps across the back and the towel sometimes justs caught in it, as well as looking a bit "rigged" whe there is no towel on it, and the cord is obvious. Works good though, and keeps the towels warm and dries them quickly.

Warmrails Regent Towel Warmer
We received the wrong kit for wall mounted installation. (It was not the one shown in the instructions/literature.) The difference was that the pipe extending from the cover plate was too long. This confused us for a while and there was not a timely response to our phone call messages (read that as no response). We finally cut the pipe to the correct size with a pipe cutter and completed the installation. The company responds better to email, which I sent them after we got it installed. The service from Vintage was good, as it has been on all three of my orders for various products. The communication problems were with the distributor noted in the product literature.
