    good hook Sturdy hook, heavy, not plastic-y; good quality chrome finish. I chose it because of the multiple rings at the base; it matched my towel bars. Doesn't come with installation instructions, but it's fairly intuitive. Comes with screws and "mollies" for sheetrock installation. Took longer than expected to arrive after ordering, but since I wasn't in a hurry, 'twas OK. December 8, 2009
