the faucet is beautiful and was easy to install. ya just gotta remember to order the water hookups...it takes a special connection and the home centers do not carry them...but once i ordered them they were here within a week...the bathtub is ready for a good soaking....i would order from this company again....

We had order our faucet on-line and we only saw the pictures. When we were ready to install, everything was exactly what we had ordered. It was easy to install. It really completes the look that I was going for, It arrived quickly. Reasonable price, this site had the whole package together, with the exact look I was searching for."

Don't buy this faucet! what a nightmare!
When we put this faucet together we had to screw on the goose-neck part. It was threaded wrong and ended up 180 degrees backwards outside the tub! I called and explained my dilemma and Vintage called the the faucet maker and called me back. Elizabethan had said to add extra plumbers tape to the goose-neck to make it fit. That was their only fix for this. I was told it has happened before. We put the extra tape on, which looked awful, but it was still loose. Also the lever to turn the shower one wouldn't stay in the upright position. It kept wanting to fall down. We sent the faucet back. Elizabethan did have UPS pick it up free of charge, but took more several months to reimburse us, as the ok from Elizabethan never got to Vintage tub and Bath. I had to have them call the company back to get another ok slip, and I am still waiting for my money back two months later. I did purchase another faucet from Vintage without a goose-neck which I love, however, since I had to wait for Elizabethan to pickup, check the faucet, and return my money, I had to purchase another faucet with more money, so I was out quite a bit of money. We were redoing our bathroom, and were trying to have it done by Christmas, so I had to have another faucet right away.
