    beautiful and sturdy ordered this with the porcelain handles and it looks fantastic with our clawfoot tub. the spout is a bit louder than expected, but it's not a problem for us. i highly recommend it. October 8, 2009
    Nice, But Not for Elizabethan Tub I supposed I'd recommend this faucet as long as it wasn't assembled on an Elizabethan Slipper Tub. At the drilled holes there is a taper which won't allow for a flush mount of the faucet, making it crooked and not a secure fit. To use with this tub there should be some sort of wedge-shaped compensation washer. The company rep said he wasn't familiar with this problem and offered no suggestion for fixing it. I returned it.     VERY WELL MADE AND LOOKS GREAT! The only negative is one of the porcelain pieces glued to metal fell off. I fixed it with some epoxy. I think it was poorly glued in the first place. Other then that well made. September 2, 2007
