I'm very pleased with every aspect of the purchase. The order process, The ability to get a live person to answer my questions. The consistent delivery updates. The product arrived in perfect condition. I was initially concerned because the marble is fragile and the sinks were included and the vanity has a beautiful finish...thus a heavy pallet load. But everything was packed carefully and in perfect condition. As for the product quality, it is very very nice. Friends and family compliment it and say it is a work of art and looks like an expensive high-end piece of furniture. I'm happy with the price. I honestly can't find a better value.

Counter Top is junk
My plumber installed this and it cracked in several spaces. The top is way too thin where the sinks mount. They put mesh under it to give it strength. The vanity itself is gorgeous but we had to spend $650 on a new counter top as the company told us they have never had it happen before and refused to refund anything. I was pretty disappointed by this considering we spent almost 4k all together on our order. The width was 1 CM think where the sinks mount, the entire top as has a two inch strip around the edge to make it appear thicker. The folks at the counter top place said due to the fact marble is so brittle they will only use it if it is 3x that thickness. They added that is the industry standard for counter tops and they laughed when they saw it. Overall, I would buy the vanity not the top. The new counter top we purchased is 3x as thick and looks awesome on the vanity.
