Design Element Paris 36 Inch Single Sink Vanity Set
Good product - not much luck w/ vintagetub
Pros: The marble top on this vanity is just amazing and honestly it looks great. It really is gorgeous. Vintage tub phone support is terrific! They were incredibly nice and personable.
Cons: The product is nice and well built with a GLARING exception to the legs. While sturdy and will probably hold the weight of the vanity, after drilling my own holes (why they weren't pre-drilled is questionable) I wiggled one just a bit to assure it was in tight and 3 screws holding the metal leg together came apart. Had to take the leg apart and re-assemble. 2 legs also had a ding in them. I don't know what they were thinking with these cheap legs on such a beautiful vanity. They skimped by 2 screws so I had to make a trip to the hardware store. Also included was a random piece of glass that looks like it would go nicely underneath the mirror...except there are no mounting brackets or anything for it. Just a random piece of glass.
Vintage tub did not do a good job of getting me this either. Took 1 1/2 weeks to get tracking information which was incorrect and required a phone call to get the right number. At that point they had to call the manufacturer because the vanity hadn't even been shipped (how was I sent even a wrong tracking #?). All in all it took 20 days to get my order. But again, the phone support was very nice and personable.
FYI: It is a bare minimum fit from wall to shut-off valves/drain pipe. I believe it was 2 1/4" clearance from wall to shut-off valve. The plumber initially thought we would have to saw off the back of the middle drawers! There is not "ample" room as the middle cabinets extend close to the back of the vanity.
