Crosley Radio I bought this radio to listen to the Royals baseball broadcasts on an AM station and it works great. On the FM side I can't get any stations so if you need to have that this might not be the best choice.Love the looks and for what I wanted it's just fine. May 30, 2012
Looks good, works bad...! Several years ago, I bought a Crosley combo (radio, turntable, CD, tape) and was amazed at how poorly it worked. It looks great sitting in our mountain cabin, but it barely works, sound is bad, radio is difficult to tune and weak, push buttons are impossible to use because there is no way of reading what they do.       Now, a few years later I have decided to buy this radio for my wife's office. Crosley is still selling these things (expensive prices, too) so I assume that the product must have improved. Same thing, looks good, but feels and performs like junk. Weak, wobbly little knobs, wee dial that is off center, poor reception. Boo...      Looks good, though.       If they are trying to evoke nostalgia by building these cheap little devices, well, forget it. I'm old enough to remember what radios were really like, and they were strong, quality built, and only slightly similar to the little piece of junk that came to us.       Shame on you, Crosley... Just a Lovely Radio that Adds to the Atmosphere This is a fantastic radio. I use it in my bedroom to listen to classical music. We have a MPR station where I am located.  This radio is well worth it and I just love it. March 12, 2012
Memory Lane For months I had been searching for "just a radio" (table top style), but didn't like what was offered until I came across Vintage Tubs website. Though the replica is smaller than the original, it's a trip down memory lane everyday. The sound quality from the traditional single speaker is really amazing! Pleasantly simple, just plug in, fasten the FM antenna to the wall, and tune into your favorite station. Another feature worth mentioning is the reasonable price, as I had seen ugly box radios at 4 times the price. I chose the radio on the website, but placed the order by phone and the representative was very pleasant and helpful. The radio was well packaged and the delivery was sooner than expected. I was so impressed, I shared a picture of the radio in my home and the link to Vintage Tubs with all my friends on FaceBook.  March 9, 2012
Best Classic Radio ever I really wanted an older style radio to go with our 100 year old home and I really did not want the cd/digital features...I was so LUCKY to find this one, it is gorgeous and has terrific sound quality as well! Thank youfor continuing to make fine products for people like us...... February 8, 2012
Radio I bought this radio for my mother in law for Xmas . She loves it and is able to listen to the station she couldn't get on her other radio . The only disappointment was that it arrived after xmas . I would use this company again . January 21, 2012
