Any parts that are proven defective by their inspection in material or workmanship and have not been subjected to abusive treatment or faulty installation, will be replaced free of charge, but with no allowance for labor, other expenses or losses. They make no other warranties, express or implied, including that the product sold is merchantable, or fit for a particular use. Under no circumstances will they be made liable for special or consequential damages, loss or expense of any nature.

    Could have been good Very nice quality. The only issues I had was the lack of information such as thread sizes. The other major issue was the supply lines. I do not consider flexible hoses a good idea for supply lines to a clawfoot tube. At the prices I paid I expected proper chrome hard piping with shutoffs. December 26, 2011
    Great Looking Faucet I bought two of these tub faucets and they are both installed in my house. I use one of them several times a week. The faucet looks great and while the quality is not as heavy duty as some other faucets I have had, the price for a contemporary looking faucet like this is un matched. This is a GREAT looking faucet and very reasonably priced. October 7, 2009
    Hard to find faucet for deck mount I purchased a tub requiring the deck mount faucet with 8" center holes. I didn't want the same old faucet that everyone seems to have. I was very pleased with the look and quality of the faucet so far. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it is still new and has only been installed for 2 months. October 2, 2009
