Great performer but comes with a price
After an exhaustive review and search of toilets and matching sinks to fit a 1940's galley type bathroom (extremely narrow), we decided to go with a non-American brand. I was pleasantly surprised as there was no flush rating or other information for comparison at time of purchase. (We checked the big box stores and almost settled on a decorative Kohler unit until we learned about the actual toilet performance which was less than desirable.)
Installation was a chore, (partly due to a non-standard offset due to the age of the house and tight quarters of the bathroom), but once installed it works like a charm. This thing has a very large diameter glazed trap way that will efficiently flush anything. We have not clogged it yet, something I was concerned about originally with the 1.28gpf rating.

great fixtures and excellent customer service
This bathroom fixture, toilet, was perfect in size and fit for our renovation of a very old bathroom and relatively small (sq. ft) area with no expansion room and a full size bathtub / shower that had to remain. The fixture really updated the look of the bathroom, and coordinated well with the new tile bath enclosure and glass shower door and small pedestal sink.
The toilet tank arrived cracked in shipment and you supplied a new tank within one week at no charge to me. Thank you. Great customer service. The trucker was helpful too at the time of delivery and placed the pallatized shipment (toilet & sink & parts) in our garage to await installation by our plumber.
