Cheviot cast iron claw foot Tubs carry a three month warranty when used for commercial purposes. Any parts that are proven defective by their inspection in material or workmanship and have not been subjected to abusive treatment or faulty installation, will be replaced free of charge, but with no allowance for labor, other expenses or losses. They make no other warranties, express or implied, including that the product sold is merchantable, or fit for a particular use. Under no circumstances will they be made liable for special or consequential damages, loss or expense of any nature.

    Great find! Our old taps had been dripping for years...we even had to have pliers to try to turn the cold tap off. We wanted to replace them but had a hard time finding taps that would work. If they would mount on the wall of the tub, the spread was not correct. We are so glad that we found this site and these taps in particular. They are very similar to the original taps, were fairly easy to install and work great. No "workarounds" needed! May 4, 2010
