Any parts that are proven defective by their inspection in material or workmanship and have not been subjected to abusive treatment or faulty installation, will be replaced free of charge, but with no allowance for labor, other expenses or losses. They make no other warranties, express or implied, including that the product sold is merchantable, or fit for a particular use. Under no circumstances will they be made liable for special or consequential damages, loss or expense of any nature.

    Great Bathtub We had a lot of difficulty finding a drop-in tub that would fit in the area. The Cheviot tub was a perfect fit. I searched just about every American manufacturer I could find the right size. The tub is very well constructed and much studier than the American products that were considered. This tub was made in Portugal and it makes our bathroom one of the favorite rooms in the house. February 7, 2010
    bathtub We have been very happy with our Cheviot bath tub and with Vintage Bath and Tub customer service. Our tub arrived packaged incredibly well to ensure that it was in perfect condition. The color and finishing are great and the customer service representatives were both very helpful both with answering questions about this product and with selecting a drain kit in the polished nickel that we desired.     super tub and the price is right! I am a designer. I bought this tub for a client. This tub is fabulous. Very comfortable to soak in and a pleasure for the eyes. The enamel coating is thick and delicious! The price is considerably less than the very few other comparables on the market. It is difficult to find an undermount tub that is not big enough to dry out a California reservoir! Everything I have ordered from Vintage Tub has been great and the delivery fee (free!) is a bonus.
