Any parts that are proven defective by our inspection in material or workmanship and have not been subjected to abusive treatment or faulty installation, will be replaced free of charge, but with no allowance for labour, other expenses or losses. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including that the product sold is merchantable, or fit for a particular use. Under no circumstances shall we be made liable for special or consequential damages, loss or expense of any nature whatsoever.

    Very Nice, Good Value, not perfect The two sinks Belville were very good quality, well packed, and had good instructions. They installed nicely and fairly quickly (I am a handyman, but installed 2 in 4 hours with cutting new openings). They are nice and large and have a very nice finish. The vitrious china is nice and won't fail like my previous sinks, which in only 9 years rusted out in the overflow passage as they were enamel covered mild steel sinks. Also no defects like the ones received/returned from Home Depot which had manufacturing nicks in the top (they were another material). Also, shipping was good. I have only a minor complaint - the word "VitrA" on the inside wall of the sink (below faucet) are not placed consistently -on one it is above the overfllow water level and on the other it is below the overflow water level (about 1-1/2 to 2" difference) -noticeable when sinks are side-by-side in the same bathroom. Would be best if the word wasn't there at all. April 29, 2008
