    Banner rainfall showerheads have a Baffle in place where the head attaches to the shower arm. This baffle diffuses the water into 4 different directions allowing the showerhead to fill up and provide water flow throughout the entire head. Without the baffle, as with some lower cost shower heads, the water would concentrate in the center of the showerhead and not provide full and even coverage.
