I have to say "this is the best kitchen sink I have ever used!!!! Plenty of room to wash huge posts or roasters!! Vintage Tub and Bath are the best!! My sink arrived cracked, by the shipping company after 3000 miles of travel, and Vintage Tub and Bath sent another immediately- meeting the scheduled time for the kitchen cupboards to be installed -no time lost, no extra cost to us for time carpenters spent waiting for it!!!!We were so impressed by the customer service. Anything we need to purchase in the plumbing line, we will be shopping Vintage Tub and Bath.!!!

Proper installation is the key.
Bought this sink as an exact replacement for one installed 10 years ago. A year after installing the original sink, a hairline crack began at the drain, left side and extended only about an inch. It held that way until recently when suddenly a crack progressed from left to right through the drain hole. It was so wide the sink leaked. Since the sink was custom built into the cupboards, I had no choice but to replace it in kind. My original plumber did not heed the installation instructions regarding extra support beneath the sink. The garbage disposer flange on the original sink did not fit into the drain hole completely without considerable effort and extra force. In hindsight, this set the stage for ultimate failure of the sink. It was a manufacturing flaw and should have been rejected. When shopping for a replacement, I ran across two reviewers who mentioned how their sinks also cracked from left to right through the drain hole. Both made mention of installation errors and use of a garbage disposer. I could not get anyone at American Standard to tell me not to mount a disposer. The dimensions of the second sink were slightly off compared to the original sink requiring some modifications to the cupboard. I expected it to slip right into the space. It did not. The new sink took the disposer flange perfectly like a hand in a glove. Would I have replaced my sink with an exact replica? Not if I could have helped it in view of my experience and at least two others. But I coerced my second plumber to follow the installation instructions to the letter and am now hoping for the best. Good sink if it doesn't crack like the first one. Fingers crossed.

Beautiful sink
We are remodeling our older kitchen, built in 1922. Vintage Tub & Bath made the purchasing experience real easy. I researched sinks on the net and found their site. It was easy to navigate to buy the sink. They had the lowest cost of all other websites that offered our sink. Their customer service kept me updated from the order acknowledgement through shipping. The sink is beautiful and will not be the last purchase I make from Vintage Tub & Bath.
