New heated towel rack for bathroom reno
Heated towel rack looks great and is definitely an upgrade from what we had. Quality is very high - nice welds and finishing.
Shipping to Canada was very prompt - especially for such a large package.
Nice finishing touch for our renovation.

Solid Towel Warmer
The order arrived promptly and no issues with order or delivery. The contractor had no problems to install but I don't think it would be that hard to install by an average DIY person if you are knowledgeable with standard electrical wiring (this model is a direct wire type) . Everything is solid & sturdy. It looks great in our master suite. My only negative is that because of the curved bars, the towels hang out a little on the back side (less direct contact with the bars) so the towels don't get too warm if you just hang it. You need to weave it in between the available opening but this can be a bit tedious if you do it everyday. This is the reason for the 4 star. But the bars do get pretty hot. If having a really warn towel is what you're looking for, I would go with the straight bar model they have but if all you want is dry out the towels, etc between uses and the chill taken out, this is a great towel warmer. I've had used other warmers and I'm not a big fan of the overly hot towels so this is works for me. I would buy this again.

Jeeves towel warmer
After receiving this product I realized that it was too long for the space in my bathroom, so I exchanged it for the 32" long unit (not curved). I am quite pleased with it. The workmanship is good and it serves the purpose of keeping our towels dry. We keep it on most of the time. There is no significant heating from this size unit, but it probably helps the evaporation of moisture after taking a shower.
