  • 12 suction cups hold it in place over the overflow opening (suction cups work best when dampened first)
  • Made of clear vinyl treated with fungicide to resist mildew
  • Inside diameter: 4"; Overall diameter: 6"
  • 1" diameter hole at top of unit releases excess water into overflow outlet.
  • IMPORTANT: If you have a drain with a chain and stopper, you will either have to disconnect the chain OR cut the rim around the 1" diameter hole to allow the stopper to pass through
  • Item must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt.

    Deep Water Overflow Cover I ordered a 54" cast iron, claw foot bathtub from Vintage Tub & Bath(plus corner sink and toilet) earlier this year for a farm home we own out of state.  I ordered the  overflow cover recently and had it mailed to that address, flew there several weeks ago and to my dismay, the overflow cover did not fit my tub due to the placement of the faucets pre-drilled in my tub.  :( November 1, 2012

    Absolutely Perfect! I recently ordered a Deep Water Drain Overflow cover. The price was reasonable, it arrived quickly, and works perfectly. There is nothing more annoying than trying to stuff a facecloth into the cracks of the tub overflow in order to try, usually in vain, to maintain a decent water level. This cover stays in place and you get a nice, deep, enjoyable bath, without the annoying sound of the water draining out. Do yourself a favour and buy this great product! May 30, 2012
    Would recomend this item I bought the deep drain overflow for my niece in England  as they had bought a new house and she could not get a deep bath as the over flow was to low down in her tub. I mailed it over to her in England   she phoned  me and said    she had tried it in  the bath tub   was able to take  a lovely deep bath.   They where thinking they would have to replace the bath before they got the over flow cover.   May 28, 2012
    A Nice deep soak - finally! This is an excellent item (and I was a bit of a sceptic that it would work when I first read about this...) but it really works! Before I was using white duck tape to cover the overflow return on my tub so I could have a nice full tub of water - it worked but the aesthetics? Not so nice. But now I can have a very deep, hot soak in the tub AND have it look decent too! It is easy to apply and remove  (it has tiny suction cups that grip the tub wall much like a bath mat, but it really seals the overflow very well. Because it is made of clear, soft plastic, it is unobtrusive and could be left on all the time, but it is also easy to apply for a bath and then remove in between times. I am so happy to find this item and even happier using it.  May 28, 2012

    overflow cover The overflow cover does not stick well to the tub. The tub is curved ,  cover is flat . I think it needs bugger suction cups. May 24, 2012
