    Nice product, works well in my bathroom showers. If you need an inexpensive solution to regulate water flow in your showers, I would recommend this product. The exterior actually twists to allow you to regulate how much pressure comes through the shower head, standard showerhead thread size makes it eco friendly for just about any shower. Only thing I didn't like is that it seems to leak a bit if you do not use plumbers thread tape. I added a lot of it on and seemed to stop the annoying dripping leak as the showerhead was running.
