Toilet seat I purchased this toilet seat almost two years ago and have not had any problems. Ordering a second for the guest bath.   November 12, 2012
Disappointed A few months after installation the screws worked out of the 'wood' seat and could not be put back in because this seat was not made from solid wood but from wood particle. I paid $58 for this toilet seat and this was twice as expensive as the excellent replacement Beneke seat I purchased at Home Depot. October 19, 2009
unacceptable appearance x 2 i am sorry to report that we have ordered a toilet seat twice, and both times they had blemishes that were unacceptable. the second seat was put together that when looking down at the top part of the seat, it was off line by at least an inch. we were very disappointed that these two toilet seats were allowed to be shipped in such poor condition. what ever happened to a quality assurance dept. sorry to have to write this, but we feel it is important that you know that poor quality merchandise is leaving your place of business.
