How to Cancel an Order

Canceling an Order

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. In general, you may cancel an order up to the time it ships. Although we will do our best to minimize your costs, we will have to charge you for any expenses we incur in processing your order up to that point (examples include: a 4% charge for voiding a credit card transaction, shop time, custom paint mixing, etc.). Our return policy takes effect once the items have shipped.
