About the house:
"The house was built in 1927 and sits in the center of Orange County California on 3/4's of an acre of property. In a southern California county that is known for tract homes, it is quite unusual and quite stunning. It is a classic three story Georgian style home with over 7000 square feet of living space. Much of the home had been restored before we moved in, but we are adding a few of our own touches. The bathtub is one such feature. The tub was built in the 1800s, and is very unusual because of it's size. Over 6 1/2 feet long, 3 feet deep, but only about two feet wide. The tub was recently restored, and the fixtures we bought on-line from you match perfectly the era we are trying to capture.
Thanks again for your excellent customer service."
